Before Unleash Your Leadership Potential, I was looking at my people as nothing more than a metric and a number. As I was going through Unleash Your Leadership Potential, I literally woke up one day and said, What am I doing? Why am I doing this?

I had an epiphany because of Unleash Your Leadership Potential and I’m not even doing it justice.

Our organization is transformed from kind of a good old boy organization to a very highly professional, high performance organization. It can be greatly attributed to the leaders that we have and the Entelechy leadership training. I can tell you that the organization has improved dramatically. Because of the emphasis that we’ve placed on leadership training and coaching skills, there is a definite difference in the way that our folks lead now. We have developed skills in individuals that they did not have before. Unleash Your Leadership Potential is taught as an ongoing program. It’s now delivered globally and is one of our core global programs.

I can’t tell you how much feedback I’ve gotten from our leaders about how it even changed their personal life. That’s how impactful it’s been.

By far the greatest anecdotal impact was in the home services area. You’re talking about a population of folks most of whom were installer technicians at one point in their career, very blue collar, which also requires a lot of technical aptitude and ability. These are the folks who historically were promoted into leadership roles. They were absolute sponges. Because of the program design and models, they were able to open up and change in ways, right before your eyes, that you didn’t even think were possible.

What I really liked about Entelechy is that they addressed the gap that we had in terms of skills, but they did it in a very pragmatic way. The fact that the program was practical has helped adoption and use within the leadership team. Sometimes people will go to a theoretical leadership conference and have no idea how to apply it to the real world. What was great about Unleash Your Leadership Potential is that it is very applicable to what our leaders did every day. In fact, it was so successful in Customer Care, we used it as the basis for a leadership program throughout the entire company.

ULP Overview

You’ve proven to be a great performance partner and have set a new standard for our training vendors. In all my years, I have never experienced a training program that received such universal praise and support. I look forward to future opportunities to partner together.

It’s actually been really impressive to see how easy it was for people to take hold of ULP and how hungry people were for content this good. A company this big, being in existence as long as it has been, we’ve tried a lot of different things over the years, and nothing has had the impact that ULP has had.

I felt fortunate this year to have partnered with Entelechy on three very key initiatives. The partnership that we have developed has led to a great sense of confidence on my part that when you all are involved, the end product has always exceeded my expectations. Core Track

The only issue I had was that I was so excited to try this coaching model that I started thinking of how I was going to implement it on the floor and had to keep from getting ahead of myself. I found myself envisioning my future coaching sessions during the training and had to snap back into it and pay attention. I’m very excited to begin using this.

The tools learned will be ones that will help me be successful and will follow me wherever I go.

This training was wonderful! The information was valuable, insightful, and easy to apply. You did not just tell us what to do, you embodied the techniques in your presentation and got our buy-in by doing so. Thank you for your energy and a wonderful training!!!

Executive Reinforcement Track

ULP has been deemed successful by our leadership with global recognition as well. It’s definitely opened up the continuous dialog around coaching and providing feedback throughout our leadership organization.

The structure of ULP is very deliberate in application. It keeps the learning environment fun, and very participatory. The practice and activities built into the content allow the training to stick with our adult learners.

I am a firm believer of the positive impact this program has on lives of our employees, not just as leaders, but as people.

I have worked with a number of consulting organizations in the past, but will say that Entelechy was one of the best. They delivered on what they promised and did so in a high quality, exceptional way!

The exercises, videos, and scenarios you built into the training made ULP a program that exceeded my expectations.

I am confident that our supervisors and managers now have the skills they need to attract, retain, and develop the top talent that will continue to propel us to new heights in the industry.

On a rating of one to 10, I’d probably have to go with a 15. They’re always there.

I love watching the change in people. I love watching and seeing not only the coaching that they get and their own personal development as they’re responding to Unleash Your Leadership Potential and the coaching sessions that they have, but their own development as they become better coaches and leaders. We had a huge gap, and I think this program has actually closed that gap nicely.

We saw immediate change in the site culture which had an immediate turnaround in the performance of the site. Almost meteoric. It was a bottom-performing site to a top-performing site within a couple of months of actually launching the full team leader and management population.
